We want you to be completely satisfied with your ShieneRide purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shieneride.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day window
